We will review your case and, if necessary, provide clarification or an updated explanation at no extra charge.
However, this does not qualify as a refund or cancellation, as the service has already been fulfilled.
4. Delivery Commitment
All readings are delivered within 24 hours after receiving:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Place of Birth
- Palm Photos (Front, Back, and Side Views)
If, due to unavoidable technical reasons or incomplete details, your reading is delayed, you will be notified on WhatsApp with an updated delivery timeline.
